the customer (hereinafter "Customer").
§ 1 Scope and General Information
- (1) The following General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply exclusively to the business relationship between Müller & Weber B.V. and the customer. Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless Müller & Weber B.V. expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
- (2) Customers within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions include both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumers are customers who conclude the contract for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons, as well as partnerships with legal capacity, who, when concluding a legal transaction, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
- (3) Through our website www.der-rundfunkbeitrag.de, we offer German households and companies a simple way to manage their broadcasting fee concerns. As an independent service provider, we process all necessary applications related to the broadcasting fee on behalf of our customers.

Deregistration of the broadcasting fee: Terminate your contribution obligation, for example, if you move out of town or move abroad.
§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract, Customer's Obligation to Cooperate
- (1) The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of the applications selected by the customer in connection with the broadcasting fee, based on the information provided by the customer during the ordering process, and the submission of the applications to the competent authority.
- (2) The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the ordering process. Any liability of NoventiMüller & Weber B.V. in this regard is excluded.
- (3) Once the applications have been submitted to the competent authority based on the customer information, the order is deemed to have been fully executed.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract, Prices
- (1) After entering the data in the ordering process, the customer must proceed by clicking the corresponding checkboxes. "Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by clicking the checkboxes, confirmation of knowledge of the privacy policy, consent to the commencement of the service by Müller & Weber B.V. before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full fulfillment of the contract. Confirmation of the accuracy of the information."
After entering the necessary information, the customer can commission Müller & Weber B.V. to perform the offered service by clicking the "Order now for a fee" button. Before submitting the order, the customer can change and view the data at any time. The customer can then select a payment method and complete the payment by clicking the "Pay now" button. Müller & Weber B.V. will then send the customer an automatic order confirmation via email, which lists the customer's order once again and can be printed out using the print function of their email program. The automatic order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the application by Müller & Weber B.V.
- (2) All prices include applicable VAT. The price at the time of conclusion of the contract shall be decisive.
- (3) Note: Müller & Weber B.V. expressly points out that applications can be submitted to the relevant authorities both online and in person.
§ 4 Payment
- (1) The customer can choose from the payment methods displayed at the end of the ordering process.
- Payment via PayPal: When using PayPal, payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, subject to the PayPal Terms of Use, available at PayPal Terms of Use, or – if the customer does not have a PayPal account – subject to the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, available at Terms and Conditions for Payments without a PayPal account. Payment can also be made via PayPal by direct debit or credit card.
- Payment with Klarna: When using Klarna, payment is processed via the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, subject to the Klarna Terms of Use, available at Klarna Terms of Use.
- Payment by credit card: For credit card payments, payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, subject to the Stripe Terms of Use, available at Stripe Terms of Use.
- (2) An invoice will be sent electronically to the customer.
§ 5 Cancellation
Müller & Weber B.V. points out that the service (preparation and submission of the broadcasting fee application to the competent authority) is provided immediately and completely automatically after the customer has placed the order (order). As soon as the application has been submitted to the competent authority, the service is fully completed. The customer will be duly informed of the effects on the right of cancellation during the ordering process and in the General Terms and Conditions (Uniform Commercial Code § 2-209(1)) If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify Müller & Weber B.V. (Fornheselaan 202 074, 3734GE Den Dolder, Netherlands / Email: info@vehicle-register.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we must refund all payments you have made to us within 14 days. This will be done using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. There are no fees for the refund.

Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if Müller & Weber B.V. has fully provided the service and has begun to perform it after the customer has given their express consent and confirmed that they will lose their right of withdrawal if the service is fully provided.
§ 6 Warranty
- (1) The customer is entitled to rights and claims in accordance with statutory liability for defects. If the customer is a business, claims for defects expire within 12 months of delivery.
- (2) The customer is obligated to report any defects, malfunctions, or damage immediately.
§ 7 Liability
- (1) Müller & Weber B.V. is liable, in accordance with statutory provisions, only for damages and reimbursement of wasted expenses in accordance with Section 7.
- (2) Müller & Weber B.V. is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, from intent or gross negligence, from unfulfilled guarantees, or from fraudulently concealed defects.
- (3) In the event of slight negligence in material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), Müller & Weber B.V.'s liability is limited to compensation for foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Material contractual obligations are those that enable the proper performance of the contract and whose compliance can be regularly relied upon.
- (4) Further claims for damages by the customer are excluded. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
- (5) These limitations also apply to the legal representatives, executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents of Müller & Weber B.V. if claims are asserted directly against them.
- (6) Müller & Weber B.V.'s liability for defects already existing at the time of contract conclusion is excluded.
- (7) Müller & Weber B.V. points out that der-rundfunkbeitrag.de does not verify the customer's information or content (in particular, content uploaded to the website) with regard to completeness, accuracy, and plausibility; these are reviewed exclusively by the competent authority. The customer is solely responsible for any incomplete or incorrect information provided in the application. Müller & Weber B.V. assumes no liability.
§ 8 Information on Dispute Resolution
- (1) The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) provides consumer dispute resolution services through its Consumer Sentinel Network, accessible at www.ftc.gov.
- (2) Müller & Weber B.V. does not participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and is not obliged to do so.
§ 9 Data Protection
Müller & Weber B.V. processes the customer's personal data (e.g., name, address, email address, information provided during the ordering process) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information about this and your rights as a data subject can be found in our privacy policy, which is available on our website under "Data Protection".
§ 10 Final Provisions
- (1) The language of the contract is English.
- (2) If the customer is a merchant, Den Dolder (Netherlands) shall be the place of performance for all obligations arising from the contractual relationship with Müller & Weber B.V.
- (3) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, Arnhem shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and Müller & Weber B.V. The same applies if the customer is not domiciled in English.
- (4)The laws of the State of Delaware shall apply exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The applicable provisions restricting the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory provisions, in particular those of the state in which the customer resides, remain unaffected.
